Shilpa Shetty releases first statement post-Raj Kundra’s arrest case

Shilpa Shetty had moved the Bombay High Court accusing the media and social media platforms of publishing defamatory content about her. Now, she has released a statement. In her statement, Shilpa Shetty said that she will continue to follow her philosophy ‘Never complain, never explain’ and will not comment on the porn video case. Her husband was arrested by the Mumbai police on July 19. The police also questioned the actress about her involvement in the case.

Shilpa Shetty’s statement reads, “Yes! The past few days have been challenging, on every front. There have been a lot of rumours and accusations. A lot of unwarranted aspersions on me cast by the media and (not so) well wishers as well. A lot of trolling/questions posed not only to me but also to my family. MY STAND I HAVE NOT COMMENTED YET and will continue to refrain from doing so on this case as it is subjudice, so please stop attributing false quotes on my behalf (sic).”
