How could three security guards afford to pay for their daughters’ education to qualify for job post of developer? It turns out the CEO of the company, apparently a philanthropist, granted the three girls scholarships. He desired to spend on their education for the sake of his underprivileged employees. He then hired these girls in his company. The daughters being talented girls, did really well in their learning and studies and were able to deserve a job with the CEO’s organization without any hassle. Truly gifted daughters of hardworking fathers.
The Education Program
The CEO educated the girls under the NETSOL Education Program (NESP), which is ‘”designed to provide education support” to all “lower cadre employees in order to ensure that all children receive the best possible education.”
Thus, this is an amazing opportunity for all underprivileged employees to have their children excel in the same company and get soulfully content in the same premises to enjoy their workload.
So what position are the daughters working as?
Reportedly, the three young maidens are working as developers and other white collar workers. This is really good news for Pakistan.
Amazing Program
It seems unusual that such kind of generosity can exist in today’s rat race, where everyone is concerned selfishly only with their own progress. People are ready to stampede over others to make money of their own and their own way out. But to actually witness such a decision being taken practically, is an amazing demonstration. What a great lesson for heads of other organizations to spend on the marketing of their company by undertaking such brave endeavours.
